I only went for breakfast at the Angel, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great. They are also dog friendly.

After coming back to the UK and experiencing terrible customer service, the staff at The Angel were a refreshing change and lovely to chat with. The rooms are good, possibly a bit expensive, but still worth it. The breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect.

We are occasional regulars at Cleone's. The authentically Italian food is always excellent in quality and value, and the service is efficient and friendly. It's advisable to book in advance to secure a table.

Had an evening meal at The Angel and enjoyed the Wednesday special of two meals and 2 wines for £29. The selection on the menu was good and it is dog friendly. Ate in the conservatory, which was nice and covered within the building complex.

The food is good, with a separate room for visitors with dogs to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The prices are affordable. Can't comment on the restaurant as I only visited the bar during lunch.

Had lunch at The Angel Hotel this week and found the parking at the back of the hotel useful. Suggested that Greene King should invest in this pub in a beautiful market town. The decor is underwhelming but the menu is interesting for the price. Recommended dishes are the vegetable lasagne and seabass.

Very friendly welcome, authentic building. Spacious, fresh room and bathroom. Cozy place for a pint, excellent food in the restaurant. It's advisable to reserve in advance for dinner as it is popular. Safe place available for bicycles. Nice and extensive breakfast, perfect place for 2 Dutch cyclists.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Angel Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms sparkling. Despite some noise from the bar, it wasn't too intrusive and didn't last into the early hours. The food was amazing with perfect portion sizes. The Angel Hotel truly exceeded expectations and made the weekend stay a happy and stress-free experience. Thank you to all the staff, especially Evie and Amelia!
